Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders will processed within 2 to 3 business days from payment date. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Please note that shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions and destination.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via SMS/WhatsApp.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
We are not responsible for any loss of the good after shipping company has delivered the parcel to the designated address and any wrong shipment information from customer.
In the event that the item(s) or parcel is undelivered and/or unclaimed by the customer from Courier Company and item(s) / parcel is returned to us, we will charge for a redelivery.
Packaging
We ensure excellent and secure packaging of all the products shipped by us, so that you get your purchase(s) in perfect condition.
However, if you ever receive your parcel in a tampered condition, we request you to first take a few clear pictures of the tampered package, before opening it further.
