Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation of order

In event of an order cancellation, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

If your cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 3 to 5 days, depending on your bank/card issuer's policies.

Refund/Exchange

Refund or exchange will only be done if;

1. Delivery of the wrong item/order, product(s) damaged during transit or manufacturing defect which didn’t get noticed during packing by us.

2. Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged unless there are damages to it.

3. Original packaging was damaged at the time of delivery. Claims has to be supported by pictures or videos while unboxing the original packaging in order to proof the damage was from our side.

4. The item(s) should be in its original condition being intact, unused, unworn, and unwashed, or else refund/exchange will be duly declined.

5. Exchange is only allowed for the same item. We will provide options for replacement if it is out of stock.

6. All refund and exchange requests have to raised within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
